Mail Order “Olive Oils” Catalog Cover

When I took over illustration of the catalogs from the great Kate Uleman I wanted to go in a different direction than the beautiful line drawings she did. I settled on monotone ink wash illustrations since we weren’t printing in full color yet. They were used for this and the next catalog.
