This dinner is easily the highlight of the harvest season, and our Cornman Farms Tomato Dinner showcases the best of the farm’s tomato crop. Chef Alex and the farmers have been caring for the tomatoes all through the spring and early summer, and now we get to benefit from their hard work. The tomato bar makes its return: numerous tomatoes varieties, handmade fresh mozzarella, really good olive oil, balsamic vinegar and fresh grown basil. You’ll want to fill your plate as many times as you can!
