Journalist Michael Paterniti’s memoir to his time at Zingerman’s and the quest it inspired for the world’s best cheese, The Telling Room. Or if you really want to dig deeper into the world of fermented curd, try The Cheese Primer, by cheese authority Steven Jenkins.
