We’ll be showing folks how we make our fresh mozzarella at two Farmers’ Markets in August.  These demos are informative and entertaining, and you’ll leave with a better idea of how to make your own mozzarella at home – perhaps with one of the Mozzarella Making kits we sell at the Creamery?

Join us at our stall in Shed 2 at the Westside Farmers’ Market on Thursday, August 30 for the second of the two demos!  It is free to watch, but we bet you’ll want to take home a ball of mozzarella or two when the demo is done.
