Mangia all’italiana at the Zingerman’s Deli all month long!
Long live Italian cuisine! Our love for Italian foods goes back decades; some of our Italian producer relationships date back to first few years of the Deli. We’re loaded up with Italian olive oils, cheeses, meats, fish, sauces, pastas, olives, veggies, nuts, gelato, and on and on. Stop by anytime during the month of August and taste your way through our delicious selection.
And be sure not to miss the 9th Annual Piazza Zingermanza!
It happens Saturday and Sunday, August 17-18th, 11am until 3pm on the Deli patio. There will be plenty of Italian foods to sample, live mozzarella-making demonstrations, and we’ll cut into an 80 pound wheel of the King of Cheese, Parmigiano Reggiano! Save the date!

 The Cake of the Month at the Zingerman’s Bakehouse is deceptively rich Buttermilk Cake! Delicious yellow cake is filled with velvety raspberry butter cream, then covered with smooth vanilla butter cream. A longtime Bakehouse staff and customer favorite. All buttermilk cakes and slices are 20% off this month.

Our smooth and creamy Israeli Sesame Halvah is now available at Zingerman’s Creamery and Zingerman’s Coffee Company! This delicious confection is house-made by the Candy Manufactory using hand-ground toasted sesame seeds, muscovado brown sugar, and local honey. It’s great paired with some of the Creamery’s fresh City Goat cheese! Stop by for a taste today!

Each Thursday, the Zingerman’s Roadhouse parking lot is filled with fresh produce, meat, baked goods and more! It’s the Westside Farmers’ Market and it happens every week, 3p-7p. San Street is there with their delicious Korean street food, and the WSFM accepts Food Assistance programs like SNAP, EBT, Bridge Card, and Food Stamps. We’re also dog friendly, so stop on by!

Fridays and Saturdays at the Zingerman’s Bakehouse also mean Special Bakes, limited-edition loaves available for just a weekend. This weekend it’s delicious Chernushka Rye! This is a chewy traditional Jewish rye with peppery chernushka seeds. This bread definitely has a following.
